She also created a framework for launching their robust Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative, which included a year-long community of practice cohort to build internal support and buy-in. Additionally, CP Consulting led efforts to expand virtual programming resources for Girls Inc. National. This resulted in the creation of an online resource library that made 200+ virtual activities available to 80+ affiliates across the U.S. and Canada.
