Work

  • Girls Inc.

Girls Inc. trusted CP Consulting to be a strong partner to help with multiple projects. Christa facilitated a multi-day executive leadership retreat to discuss pressing issues within the organization that included leaders across the U.S. and Canada. She also created a framework for launching their robust Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative, which included a year-long community of practice cohort to build internal support and buy-in. Additionally, CP Consulting led efforts to expand virtual programming resources for Girls Inc. National. This resulted in the creation of an online resource library that made 200+ virtual activities available to 80+ affiliates across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Ignite Afterschool

When Ignite Afterschool needed a partner to lead their Continuous Program Improvement pilot, they turned to CP Consulting. Christa jumped right in, leading trainings on foundations in positive youth development and managing a diverse cohort with participants from multiple organizations. CP Consulting planned, organized and facilitated a process that built consensus and momentum around a common cause: positive program improvements.

  • Ann Bancroft Foundation

CP Consulting provided project management, planning and framework design services to Ann Bancroft Foundation (ABF) in support of a new Fellowship Program, building on their long-standing ABF grant program. CP Consulting facilitated a consensus building process with ABF stakeholders that led to the creation of the Fellowship programmatic framework, application questions, process, and granting rubric.

  • Kids Club of SoWashCo

Kids Club wanted to increase the quality of programming, boost staff engagement and learn and establish a continuous program improvement (CPI) process using data. CP Consulting efficiently and effectively guided the Kids Club team through a process to meet their goals. Thanks to a highly engaging, respectful, and facilitated workflow, Kids Club has new tools to reflect on programming in order to consistently identify opportunities for improvement to best meet the needs of youth, families, and staff.

Comments from Christa:

I embrace complexity — I like to get people talking and thinking deeply about answers to ‘So what?’ and ‘Now what?’ questions and transform those answers into insight, decisive action…and ultimately change.
